I’m a seasoned, richly experienced business & life transition coach that works with independent professionals and privately owned businesses.
My unique gift is helping individuals deal with major loss in their life and their personal development.
In businesses I help with business development utilizing my gifts in strategic planning facilitation, marketing & sales, and leadership development.
To support my clients in achieving their goals I’ve blended my personal business development and strategic planning facilitation experience with life coaching, somatic coaching and equine guided coaching training to help people move through their “blocked” or “stuck” areas (their gates) to achieve their goals.
I founded Stepping Through The Gate and Living The Good Life On Purpose and do business primarily in WI, MN & AZ, although Zoom makes it possible to work all over the world. I live in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
My core life philosophy based on key thoughts that “We are always at choice” and “We are all Accountable and Responsible for what we create in our lives”, provides a strong, solid foundation for my coaching.
My personal experience of losing my wife when she was 39 years old to Leukemia, at the same time losing a job with a company that I had worked at for 18.5 years, during the recession when unemployment was 10-12% and interests rates for business was 18-20%, and starting life over as a widower with no money, no job, no wife raising four young children gave me a learning experience that shaped the foundation of my coaching practice and is the base for a special offer called “Living The Good Life on Purpose”.
The name and the logo “Stepping Through the Gate” into Your New Life was inspired by feedback received from a client at the conclusion of an equine-guided coaching session
