Creative Problem Solving Facilitation

The Creative Problem Solving Facilitation Methodology that I use is based on the Synectics* Problem Solving Methodology.  It uses the “wisdom of the group” to generate ideas for the content leader to chose from regarding a predefined problem the content leader has requested help with.

The results of the group’s idea generation are creative and innovative solutions.  The ideas are prioritized, someone is assigned accountability for implementation and a target completion date is determined.

When the idea generation group is a business unit solving the problem together the methodology creates a greater sense of team with team members motivated to create the results they desire.

The next place to go is Work With Me.

* Synectics is a problem solving methodology that stimulates thought processes of which the subject may be unaware. This method was developed by George M. Prince (April 5, 1918 – June 9, 2009) and William J.J. Gordon, originating in the Arthur D. Little Invention Design Unit in the 1950s.
